At SAK, we recently completed the design of an apartment that seamlessly combines efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetic harmony to enhance the residents’ overall experience. The process began with a mood board reflecting the client’s vision, which helped define the ideal design direction. By attentively listening to their preferences, we developed a layout that balances functionality with visual appeal—resulting in a space that feels both practical and inviting.

As part of the project, we also carried out a detailed lighting distribution and analysis to ensure optimal visual comfort and energy efficiency throughout the apartment. In the final phase, we selected locally sourced furniture aligned with the client’s budget, focusing on durability and quality. Our thoughtful approach ensured the apartment wasn’t just visually refined, but also designed to last.
