Try Live collects the following data to provide lighting assessment services:

• Account information (from signup): email, name, phone number, occupation, gender, country, date of birth
• Light readings from your device's camera
• Room information (type, size, windows)
• Scan history and lighting assessments
• Purchase and credits information
• Feedback and support requests

Data Usage

We use your data to provide accurate lighting assessments and improve our services:

• Calculate lighting scores and recommendations
• Generate Al-enhanced room visualizations
• Store scan data and assessments tor your reference
• Process in-app purchases and manage credits
• Provide customer support and respond to feedback
• Improve measurement accuracy and service

Data Storage

Try Live stores the following data:

• Personal information (from signup): Stored securely in Firebase and is only accessible to you
• Scan data: Light readings, room information, and assessment results are stored securely in Firebase and are only accessible to you
•   Images: All images (room preview images and Al-generated images) are stored only on your device locally. We never store images in Firebase or any cloud storage service

However, to generate lighting recommendations and enhanced room images, we share room preview images with OpenAl through their API.

Your images are not stored long-term by OpenAl, but are temporarily used for Al processing purposes only. After processing the request, images are not retained by OpenAl.

Your original images remain private and are stored locally only on your device. If you delete the app or sign in on another device, your images cannot be restored as they are only stored locally on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties. Your scan data is private and only used to provide our lighting assessment services.

However, to generate lighting recommendations and enhanced room images, we share room preview images with OpenAl through their API.

Permissions

Try Live requires the following permissions:

•   Camera: To measure light levels and capture room preview images for accurate lighting assessment and scans
•   Photo Library: To save Al-generated room images to your photo library

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that ma

•   Firebase: For data storage, authentication, and cloud functions
•   RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions
•   Apple Sign In: For authentication services
•   OpenAl: For processing room images to generate lighting recommendations and enhanced images. Room preview images are sent to OpenAl via their API for Al processing.

Images are not stored long-term by OpenAl.

These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Your Rights

Under Kuwaiti law and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:

•   Access your stored personal data and scan history
•   Request correction of inaccurate data
•   Request deletion of your data and account
•   Withdraw consent for data processing
•   File complaints with relevant authorities
•   Contact us with privacy concerns

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may delete your account and data at any time through the app settings. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by Kuwaiti law.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Governing Law
